Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Assist in preparing HR and financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax and regulatory documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
