Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding Bali areas, you will manage end-to-end sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, invoices, and supporting paperwork. Your organizational skills will directly contribute to enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Manage the complete sales administration cycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery and invoicing.
  • Prepare, review, and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve administrative discrepancies and follow up on pending documentation or payments.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including client correspondence and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and sales processes is a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
