Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, including client databases, contracts, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and client communications.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proposals accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
