Responsibility

  • Monitor and enforce workplace discipline policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, incidents, and follow-up measures in digital and physical formats
  • Coordinate with management and HR teams to address employee conduct issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct investigations into workplace incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for review
  • Assist in developing and updating workplace policies, guidelines, and training materials related to discipline and compliance
  • Facilitate mediation sessions between employees to resolve conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on disciplinary trends, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and disciplinary matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or compliance-related roles, preferably in workplace discipline or employee relations
  • Strong understanding of workplace policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital record-keeping systems
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
  • Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or employee training is highly desirable
