Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory tracking, order processing, and supplier communications to maintain seamless product flow.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Liaise with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and records for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
