Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office databases, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee office budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
