Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations or subsidy management is a plus.
