Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales records, customer databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in both English and Chinese.
- Prepare and distribute sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and quotations.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team for timely restocking.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
