Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain sales records, customer databases, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support in both English and Chinese.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and quotations.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team for timely restocking.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
