Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize executive correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for senior management.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle financial administration tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and courteous communication.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address administrative requirements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic financial administration and bookkeeping principles.
