Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards across all operational sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address disciplinary issues or violations.
- Investigate reported incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and consequences.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on workplace conduct, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop and implement disciplinary action plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases, actions taken, and follow-up measures.
- Serve as a liaison for Mandarin-speaking employees, ensuring effective communication and cultural understanding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a disciplinary, compliance, or HR-related role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, workplace regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and impartiality.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and data management.
- Willingness to travel to various sites in Bali as required.
