As a key administrative and operational support role, you will ensure seamless coordination between departments, manage documentation, and facilitate cross-cultural collaboration. Your fluency in Mandarin and English will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows and fostering strong business relationships.

Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Act as a liaison between Indonesian and Chinese teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication in both Mandarin and English.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain and organize departmental records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with vendor communications and order tracking.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for engineering team members and visiting stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within an engineering or construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with technical terminology in engineering or construction is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
