Responsibility
- Manage, organize, and maintain engineering documents, drawings, and specifications in a centralized system.
- Ensure all documents are accurately version-controlled, labeled, and stored according to company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to collect, review, and distribute project documentation in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical reports, manuals, and other project-related documentation.
- Monitor document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including filing, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document sharing and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in document control, administration, or a similar role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Proficiency in document management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with engineering terminology, standards, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
