Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on the WooCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, from receipt to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the WooCommerce store and plugins.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store analytics.
- Stay updated with WooCommerce best practices and industry trends to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus.
