As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Your leadership will ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability while fostering a positive work environment. Based in key Bali locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll be at the heart of a thriving retail ecosystem.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and retail standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance in recruitment, training, promotional activities, and financial processes.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with regional managers to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain store reputation.
- Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
