Responsibility
- Drive sales of Beautyhaul’s exclusive beauty and retail products in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and existing network of retailers or distributors is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
