Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement, configure, and optimize WMS functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure end-users are proficient in WMS operations.
- Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead WMS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide on-call support for critical WMS issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a WMS Super User or similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, Oracle WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
