Responsibility
- Operate and maintain advanced machining equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
- Perform complex setups and adjustments to ensure precision and accuracy in production.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to verify product specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Document production processes, maintenance activities, and quality control measures.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior machinists and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and precision measurement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
