Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve processes.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformance issues, and root cause analyses.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
