Join Sunshine Lighting, a leading provider of high-quality lighting and electronics solutions, as a Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper in our dynamic Denpasar facility. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless logistics for our lighting and electronics distribution across Bali. With a 5.5-day work week, this position offers a balanced work-life schedule while providing opportunities for growth in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Our Denpasar warehouse serves as a key hub for our operations in Bali, supporting retail partners and project installations across the island. You'll work with state-of-the-art inventory systems and have the chance to develop your skills in warehouse management within the specialized lighting industry.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of lighting fixtures and electronic components
- Organize and maintain inventory using our digital warehouse management system
- Prepare and package orders for distribution to retail partners and project sites
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries and returns processing
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries using proper handling techniques for fragile items
- Generate reports on inventory levels and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20kg
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with lighting products or electronics is a plus
- Willingness to work in a 5.5-day work week schedule
