Responsibility
- Assist in daily production operations, including mixing, packaging, and quality checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Support the inventory management process by tracking raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and assist in basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Participate in safety and compliance audits to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in data collection and reporting for production metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation of production activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the 5-month internship.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
