Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline procurement operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and project requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex procurement projects.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
