Responsibility
- Operate and maintain wire-cut, EDM, and Superdrill machines to produce high-precision components.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating wire-cut, EDM, or Superdrill machines.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
