Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support construction project timelines and budgets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Conduct thorough market research and comparative analysis to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, logistics, project management) to streamline procurement processes.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (5+ years for Senior role), preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations, logistics, and import/export processes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
