Responsibility
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Perform material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in the production area.
- Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic production instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
