Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and real-time data availability.
- Oversee the documentation and recording of all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and sales departments to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipment status to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates or enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies in inventory records.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Train and support end-users on WMS functionalities and best practices for data entry and system utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in WMS administration, inventory management, or logistics coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with FMCG supply chain processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
