Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the QA team in performing IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections for coil winding and related manufacturing processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and documentation in compliance with ISO and industry regulations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and client requirements.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and drive process improvements.
- Train and mentor QA staff on best practices, technical specifications, and quality tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflows and reduce scrap/rework rates.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing (coil winding, electronics, or precision components preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel) and ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage CAPA processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with coil winding machinery, electrical testing, and inspection equipment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
