Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and optimize inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies and improve stock control.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and execute process improvements to enhance warehouse workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage warehouse capacity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
