Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Assist in planning and scheduling production workflows to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ISO/quality management standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and material flow.
- Prepare reports on production performance, costs, and KPIs for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant industry standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
