Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of wireless network projects, from solution design to deployment, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to assess project feasibility, participate in bidding processes, and contribute to technical proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure project profitability.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with engineering, operations, and support teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to evaluate network performance, identify risks, and propose optimization strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, Wi-Fi 6) to recommend upgrades and enhancements for existing networks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CWNA, CCNP Wireless) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network implementation, project management, or telecommunications, with a focus on pre-sales or solution design.
- Proven track record of managing complex wireless projects, including RF planning, site acquisition, and network optimization.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, microwave) and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and documentation standards (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
