Responsibility
- Lead a 24/7 on-call production support team for global banking treasury systems, ensuring SLA compliance and minimal downtime.
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution for high-severity issues in treasury applications.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deploy patches, updates, and system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and security, proactively addressing potential risks.
- Mentor and train support engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Prepare and present reports on system health, incident trends, and support metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, IT, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in production support for treasury systems in global banking or financial services.
- Proven leadership in managing on-call teams with a focus on high availability and incident resolution.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS), payment processing, liquidity management, and SWIFT/SEPA protocols.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies and tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Splunk.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or banking/financial technologies are highly desirable.
