Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions for financial platforms.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture, automation, and deployment strategies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce downtime.
- Implement and manage observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing) to enhance system visibility.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous improvement in system reliability.
- Optimize cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in platform reliability, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
