Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various data sources and systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency for large-scale data processing.
- Automate data workflows and integrate disparate data systems to streamline operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document data processes, architectures, and workflows for future reference and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in data management and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data storage solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
