Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists to develop predictive models for network demand and capacity planning.
- Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance teams to align analytics strategies with business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the integration of real-time data pipelines to support dynamic capacity management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in telecommunications, IT, or a data-intensive industry is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certifications in data science or analytics (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) are a plus.
