Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for local and remote employees, resolving issues promptly.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Train and mentor local staff on IT best practices, tools, and security awareness.
- Monitor IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes for hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and helpdesk systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
