Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of AT&T and Verizon wireless accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account audits to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts.
- Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, from initial response to final negotiation, to secure new business.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, finance, and operations) to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, resolving escalations and ensuring SLA compliance.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in wireless account management, specifically with AT&T or Verizon.
- Proven track record of growing telecom accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies, rate plans, and carrier contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (fluent English required).
- Experience with RFP responses, contract negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with U.S. time zones) with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
