Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize sales reporting systems to provide accurate and timely insights.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement KPIs and metrics to track sales team performance and business growth.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.

- Ensure data integrity by validating and cleaning sales data from various sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
