As a WSP Officer, you will play a pivotal role in executing in-store promotions, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets across retail outlets, traditional stores (kelontong), and modern trade channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of Wismilak’s market presence in Bali, a key hub for tourism and local commerce.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets, traditional stores (kelontong), and modern trade partners in Badung and surrounding areas.
- Execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities to drive consumer awareness and sales.
- Monitor product stock levels, ensure proper merchandising, and report any supply or display issues to the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff to secure product placements and promotions.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer feedback, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, outlet visits, and performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field promotion (preferably in FMCG/consumer goods).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with retailers and customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Badung, Bali market and its retail landscape is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (own motorcycle and valid driver’s license required).
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and mobile reporting tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
