Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (luxury retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards, aligning with brand image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
