Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service to clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Promote and sell EO Executive Optical’s luxury eyewear, lenses, and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and styling recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a visually appealing display.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain a client database to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store KPIs, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns to effectively engage customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about high-end eyewear and optical solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate store needs.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and CRM tools.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Residency or legal work eligibility in Bali is required.
