Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing the stockroom.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, promotions, and H&M's sustainability initiatives to share with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising updates as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we provide full training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., clothing stock).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a bonus.
