Responsibility
- Conduct field sales canvassing to identify and engage potential merchants in Bali’s high-traffic commercial areas.
- Present and demonstrate BukuWarung’s EDC and digital payment solutions to business owners, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
- Onboard new merchants by assisting with application processes, documentation, and initial setup of payment systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for merchant acquisitions and EDC machine placements.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and addressing merchant inquiries.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns to boost merchant adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech, banking, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach to building trust and rapport.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (own transportation is advantageous).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
