Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fendiās product collections, materials, and brand heritage to educate clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure the boutiqueās visual merchandising standards align with Fendiās global guidelines.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional events and VIP client experiences.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering high-end client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and the Fendi brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and client relationship management tools.
