Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and product locations.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and manage daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist in receiving and unpacking new deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on promotions, products, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
