Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and styling advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments securely.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Engage with customers to build relationships, promote brand loyalty, and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and brand storytelling to enhance customer interactions.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays, product arrangements, and promotional setups.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion, design, or motorcycles is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
