Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking, arranging displays, and ensuring the store is always presentable.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock takes.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and retail with a keen eye for trends and styling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) and numerical accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
