As part of our team in Bali’s most sought-after retail destinations—including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—you’ll engage with a diverse clientele, assist in visual merchandising, and help drive sales growth. Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting recommendations, and purchases.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking, arranging displays, and ensuring the store is always presentable.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage daily sales reports.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock takes.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and brand promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and retail with a keen eye for trends and styling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) and numerical accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
