Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for GT and MT channels in assigned Bali regions.
- Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring optimal product distribution and availability across retail outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify new opportunities, and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising strategies.
- Train and mentor sales teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing GT and MT channels, with a strong understanding of distributor and retailer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
