Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store security to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor and maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in retail management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a team of retail professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and basic retail software (e.g., POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by retail operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of sustainable retail practices or eco-friendly products is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
