Responsibility
- Service and maintain relationships with General Trade outlets to drive sales growth.
- Identify and develop new business accounts to expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product placement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management for performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
