Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma IV or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
