Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Trade outlets to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new accounts to expand market coverage and increase revenue streams.
- Conduct regular market visits and sales calls to monitor performance, address client needs, and introduce new products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, merchandising strategies, and sales campaigns.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide product training and support to clients to enhance their understanding and adoption of our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market needs and tailor solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
